Director of Organizational Development - Cheyenne

As the Director of Organizational Development, you will establish and implement the organizational development strategies, processes and training programs of the credit union to include culture, financial education, and operational effectiveness of the organization.

Manage the overall training progress for onboarding new employees, continued development for existing staff, including emerging leaders and executives. Track progress of training through testing, certifications, observations and feedback from managers to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the training curriculums.

Recommend and determine the organizational development needs of the operating, business and functional units of the organization that includes the instructional methods, demonstrations and workshops, training aids, operating guides, procedure and policy creation.

Provides consultative feedback to various business units to assist managers with the coaching and development of staff to ensure alignment with culture and company expectations.

Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience in education coordination, curriculum development, training assessment and evaluation. Prior financial institution experience preferred.
