Inbound Call Center Representative - Cheyenne
As a Call Center Representative at Meridian Trust, you are passionate and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service to our members. Most of the day is spent on the phone assisting our members with financial transactions from verifying account balances, transferring funds, loan payments, reordering debit cards, reissuing pin numbers, and more. You will utilize your product knowledge and recognize opportunities to discuss products and services that will assist our members in meeting their financial goals. If the phones are slow, there are plenty of administrative tasks to keep you busy. Our call center reps are never bored!
Successful candidate will have strong computer skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Previous call center or financial institution experience a plus.
