Inbound Contact Center Representative
As a Contact Center Representative at Meridian Trust, you are passionate and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service to our members. Most of the day is spent on the phone assisting our members with financial transactions from verifying account balances, transferring funds, loan payments, reordering debit cards, reissuing pin numbers, and more.

Loan Services Specialist
As a Loan Services Specialist at Meridian Trust, you will process loan title work and collect appropriate documentation for proper lien protection. You will review and monitor documentation and follow-up as needed. You will also assist our team or members with any questions regarding titles, CPI, and other loan related questions.

Requirements
Six months of experience in a credit union, banking or lending environment, preferred along with previous experience with title processing a plus.
Systems Administrator
As a Systems Administrator at Meridian Trust, you will provide technical software and hardware support to end users. You will provide support via email, phone, and face-to-face contact with advanced technical questions. You will be troubleshooting and resolving system problems, assist with project management and implementation, and system administrative duties. You will be responding to questions and helping both internal and external customers.
