COVID-19 Updates

Meridian Trust has branches in three different states: Wyoming, Nebraska and Colorado. Each state can have different mask mandates and restrictions on businesses. Even within each of the three states there can be variances by county. Therefore, if you're visiting a branch near you, we recommend you call to ask about any current regulations in effect, as these can change frequently.

With vaccines being distributed, there is increasing hopes that the coronavirus will have less of an impact over time. Feel free to contact us about any questions you may have or any of your concerns about accessing the branches, your money, opening a new account, or to apply for a loan. We can definitely work with you to address any of your questions.

There are some things you can do from home to keep yourself safe by avoiding person-to-person interactions. For example:

    Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union stands ready to provide our members and communities with all of the available help and support that we can in these challenging times. That's why we're excited to be a participating lender in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). This program is intended to help small businesses retain their employees during this time. Your business may be eligible for a loan; however, funds are limited and subject to availability by the Small Business Administration (SBA). Meridian Trust is currently accepting loan applications from our existing members.

  • Before calling our Call Center to ask about your stimulus check payment, please be sure to review the information provided by the IRS to determine your payment eligibility, status and distribution method.

    To help you understand how you can get your payment quickly and safely, we wanted to share with you the following information. First, the IRS has created the Coronavirus Economic Impact Payments site. This site provides information that includes eligibility, payment amount, tools for non-filers and payment methods and status.

    Keep in mind that neither Meridian Trust nor the IRS will contact you directly - via call, text, email or social media - to ask for personal or account information, even related to your economic impact payment. The IRS will also not require you to provide personal information in order to cash the check.
